The Beauty Diaries: Agadir Argan Oil Products

To continue our hair edition of The Beauty Diaries, this week we're going to be talking about Agadir International's Argan Oil products. I received their complete collection of Argan Oil International products which I recently used to style my hair. As I said in last week's post, my hair is natural, meaning without a relaxer and I'm trying out new products to strengthen and style my hair.

I started by using the Agadir Argan Oil Daily Moisturizing Shampoo which is good for all hair types. It cleaned my hair quickly and I didn't have to use a whole lot of shampoo to get a nice, full lather. Next I followed up with the Argan Oil Daily Moisturizing Conditioner to help detangle, smooth, shine and correct dry, frizzy hair. I try not to blow dry my hair as much as possible because I don't want to over do it with the heat, so I was happy to see that it also protects against heat and chemical damage. I continued my conditioning treatment with the Moisture Masque with Keratin Protein. I like to heavily apply my moisture masque from root to tip and allow time for the hair to soak it up.

After washing the hair masque out, I applied the Agadir Argan Oil Hair Treatment to lock in moisture while it air dries. If I don't have time to allow it to dry overnight, Agadir does make a product called the Hair Shield 450 Degrees Plus in an intense creme treatment and a spray treatment to protect it against harsh heat and humidity. For the first time in years, I used hair spray and what I love about their Voluminizing Hair Spray is that my hair wasn't crunchy or too hard where I couldn't comb it out at the end of the day.

The Agadir Argan Oil Collection claims to fight humidity, frizziness, and give your hair a faster drying time and I must say it stayed true to those words. Even though I allow enough time to let my hair dry overnight, it was done before I was ready to go to sleep. The humidity from the rain and the hi/low temps wasn't a huge issue with my hair. When it's pouring down raining, you have to understand there only so much you can do. Overall, I would recommend their products to anyone, no matter the hair type. 1. Lucky you to get these free samples, I have been using Argan oil on my hair, always 100% pure organic stuff, and my hair is getting better despite getting older.
