Very soon, I'll be going on vacation to California and I couldn't be more excited! I've been thinking about what I want to pack, trying to avoid being a last minute packer, and crossbody bags came to mind. Since I know we'll be going to a few theme parks and I want to be as hands-free as possible, I figured this would be the best bag carrying option. I would need something that's big enough to carry my essentials, made of quality materials, and, of course, stylish. Thankfully, my friends over at Clothes Mentor invited me to check out their East Norriton location and see what goodies they had in store.

Fall season will be here before you know it and whether you plan on going back to school shopping or just looking to update your wardrobe, now is a great time to hop on upcoming trends before it's too late. If you're sticking to a budget, I searched some of my favorite stores for 15 windbreaker jackets you can snag under $100. If you're really looking for a bargain Romwe has one for a steal at $15.99! If you're into a vintage style windbreaker, Forever 21 collaborated with Pony on a selection of separates from track pants to hoodies and more. Another option on finding a unique vintage windbreaker is, of course, hitting up some of my favorite resell/consignment shops like 2nd Ave Stores or Clothes Mentor. Need some style inspiration on how to make a windbreaker look good? Check out my Pinterest page here!

The summer time is a usually a pretty busy time. Between summer vacations, graduations, and weddings, it's more than liking you have one or more special events to attend. With that being said, finding the time to shop for last minute gifts maybe hard to find. Going the store and browsing for the perfect gift takes time and sometimes creativity. Not to mention, you'll want to find something unique, not your usual tie or earrings. Thankfully I found an online gift store that will help you find an ideal gift at a great price.

#FashionFriday: Fanny Pack Fashion

in , , , by Fashion of Philly, 2:33 AM

With so many styles this year inspired by the 90's, one of them, the fanny pack has come back with vengeance, but in a good way. One of the reasons why I believe the fanny pack is making a come back is because with music festival season rolling around this summer, no one wants to be bothered with carrying a purse. Wearing a backpack can be a little heavy and cramp your style, while wearing a fanny pack is lightweight, completely hands free and you can only fit your necessities, which now-a-days consist of mainly your phone and a lip gloss.

With school officially out for everyone now (it seemed like forever), I told my son that we would try to do something interesting on my days off. Our first stop was the Penn Museum. It’s been a while since the last time I visited this spot, but I did remember the amazing collection of mummies and Egyptian artifacts. Last Friday, the admission was free in part of the Wawa Welcome America Festival. (A major plus.) Also it’s always great when you can squeeze in a bit of education during summer vaca.
