Aquation Skincare Review

Aquation Skincare Review

With so many facial cleansers on the market these days, finding one without any smells, exfoliating scrubs, or harsh ingredients can be pretty hard. Aquation offers a pretty good solution to finding an everyday gentle, moisturizing cleanser. Not only can you use it on your face, but also your body.  It's fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, paraben free and petrolatum free. I love it because on days when I don't wear makeup or just want to do a light cleanse before doing a face mask, it works perfect. Aquation also has a line of lotion and moisturizing creams that hydrate your skin for 24 hours so you can wear those spring dresses with confidence. If you're looking to try Aquation for yourself you can find it online or at your local Walmart or CVS. (Click here for a list of more locations.)

15 Backpacks That Won't Make You Look Like a School Girl

15 Backpacks That Will Make You Wish You Were Still In School

I very rarely wear backpacks, but some of the recent styles I've been noticing for Spring have got me thinking again. For the most part, I tend to wear backpacks when on a vacation that usually involves seeing a very famous mouse. Come to think of it, I didn't even wear them during my school days. Nope I'd rather carry my books, than walk around with some dumpy backpack. After elementary school, they didn't quite have the same sparkle and excitement as before, so I just opted-out, but now the scene seems to be changing. Our favorite designers and brands are reinventing the backpack to include fun and playful graphics to exotic materials and prints.

My #UOBeauty Wishlist

Since I work in the mall, it's kind of hard not to wander in every store and look around from time to time. So one day I decided to visit Urban Outfitters, which I've haven't been in for in while. I remember when I was in college, I used to visit the one on Walnut Street in Philadelphia all the time, there sales were amazing and I always loved to see their creative visual displays. On my most recent visit, I was very impressed by their beauty section. I found brands like Sigma Beauty, Stila, and Mario Badescu and tons of beauty masks.

The Flower Show: Holland

I've always loved visiting The Flower Show because it means fresh beginnings and the coming of spring. This year's theme was Holland so I knew to expect tulips, but I had no idea I would also find so many unique and somewhat strange looking flowers. I also was able to find a new favorite called the Ranunculus! It's looks like a rose, but with way more petals! I like it so much I took a picture of it in every color. This year, I even came home with a plant baby of my own. A tiny little succulent plant. I know they're easy to take care of, so it's the perfect starter plant. I'm already looking forward to next year's theme Wonders of Water! Who's ready to welcome Spring?!?

Discover Clarins in King of Prussia

Clarins is opening their first standing store in the USA at the King of Prussia Mall! I was invited to get a first glimpse of the beautiful store last night, which was very exciting. There's much to explore from skincare to makeup and even men's products. It also features an "Open Spa", a new and exclusive concept featuring result-oriented facials tailored with personalized skin consultations. The treatments are only 30 minutes giving you the perfect opportunity to relax and refresh after a day of shopping!

This post was sponsored by Blue Apron, but all thoughts are my own.

There are so many things to think about on a daily basis: What should I wear? Is it going to rain? Did he finish his homework? And the list goes on and on. But thanks to Blue Apron, dinner becomes one less thing to worry about. For my first time trying Blue Apron, I was overall pleasantly surprised, but at first I did have some questions.

Style Feature: Jord Watches + Giveaway

This post was made in partnership with Jord, but all opinions are my own.

It's not very often that I post menswear products on here, but once in a blue moon you may find something to surprise you. My hubby loves watches, so when Jord offered me the opportunity to review one of their gorgeous timepieces, I thought it would make a great gift for him.

Get Well with Vicks EasyFill Humidifier

I received this product complimentary thanks to Influenster for review proposes, but all opinions are my own.

Cold and flu season is here and unfortunately there's no way around it. We know there are several ways to protect ourselves from getting such viruses like constantly washing our hands, supporting our immune system, and getting the proper rest needed. However sometimes it's just unavoidable. For those times I recommend the Vicks EasyFill Humidifier.

Goals for 2017

Hello 2017 everyone! If you read my last blog post, you know I took a look back at my 2016 goals to see how I well I did. All in all, I don't think I did too bad, but hey there's always room for improvement. Now that we're in the new year, I started thinking of new goals for myself as well as blogging goals. I believe these two things should be separate to help you narrow things down and target them even better. I was even thinking of making a vision board to keep myself on track and remain visually stimulated towards my goals. I would love to hear some of the goals you have for 2017 in a comment down below. Also if you created a inspiring vision board for 2017, tag me, @fashionofphilly on Instagram because I would love to see them!
