The weather usually plays a part in the way I care for my skin, but since the temperatures in February were so up and down, I still tried to maintain a very moisturizing skincare routine. Here are six of my favorite skincare products I enjoyed using in February! If you're in the market for something new hopefully, this will give you some ideas.
I love starting my day with two great products from derma e: the Hydrating Day Creme and the derma e Hydrating Serum. Both products contain Hyaluronic Acid to deeply moisturize and replump your skin. They go on smooth and even, creating a perfect base before applying your makeup.
Keep the rest of your body hydrated with the sweet Almond Blossom scent of Kneipp's Soft Skin Body Oil. It's best to apply this body oil while your skin is slightly damp to achieve ultimate hydration.
Aveda was nice enough to send two of their newest products from their tulasã line. The Wedding Masque and the Wedding Eye Masque. However these are not your usual beauty masques. This creamy, hydrating masque gets applied evenly to a clean face and soaks in overnight so that you wake up with brighter, more radiant skin, as if it was your wedding day. I really love the texture of both of these products and the clean, refreshing scent. It's not sticky or too thick and leaves my skin feeling super hydrated!
Even when it comes to removing my makeup, I try to avoid formulas that would dry out or irritate my face. The Bioderma Purifying Cleansing Micelle Solution does a great job of removing even the most stubborn makeup including waterproof eyeliner and mascara with no need to rinse.
