Before my new year got interrupted with the stomach virus (#gross), I wanted to treat myself to a great facial mask from 7th Heaven! They were nice enough to send me a package packed with facial mask of all kinds, even one for my hubby. The first one I used was the Creamy Coconut containing Ground Cocoa, Coconut (of course) and Shea Nuts.
Usually when I applied my mask, I do it on a cleansed face and I love to use my Pore Refining Face Brush and Mask Tool from e.l.f. cosmetics. It helps you conserve product because you're not getting it all over your hands and washing it down the drain. At first it had a tingling sensation, which made me a little nervous because I didn't test it on my wrist or anything first to make sure I was sensitive to it, but I made out okay. The smell was sweet like coconut, which was a given, but I liked that it wasn't overbearing. I left the mask on for 15 to 20 minutes or once it harden up and then I washed it off with warm water and followed up with a moisturizer. I'm looking forward to trying another one soon. For $1.99, you can afford to stack up and try a different mask everyday of the week. Let me know which one you want to try!
