The Beauty Diaries: Prime Duo

On any given day I could be running around the city, taking my son to summer day activities, or hanging out with friends and family, so I need something that would keep my makeup in tact. When the weather this hot, getting your make-up to stay put can be a challenge, but this summer, I've been loving these two primer products.


For my face, I've been using the Cover FX SPF 30 Protection Primer. Anything with SPF is great for fighting wrinkles and anti-aging. I find that it works great on both liquid and powder foundations The formula is also very lightweight, has a velvety texture, and doesn't dry your face out.

This summer I've realized how oily my eyelids are, which is so weird to me. If I don't/forget to apply eye shadow primer, the eyeshadow won't last long and will cease. However when I add the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion to my daily makeup routine my eye shadow will last throughout the day. Which primers do you like to use for the summer?
