Let's Shop Philly: 611 Kickstarter Campaign

611 is a start-up clothing and accessories line inspired by Philadelphia's iconic 611 Records, a record store once located on South 4th Street. Founder Nigel Richards started his clothing line during his freshman year at the University of Rochester. In 1993, he opened 611 Records, a store and record label for dance music DJs. What began as just a music store inspired him to print 611 t-shirts for fans of their label and shop. Even though the record shop has been closed for 6 years now, the style still lives on and has evolved and matured.

The Spring 2013 line is comprised of two distinct collections: Luxe Life and DJ Life. Luxe Life is more fashion forward while DJ Life features DJ culture and music inspired designs. You can help support the production stage of the new collection during the 611 Kickstarter Campaign. All of the money raised during this campaign will go directly to paying for the production of their collared shirts. For a minimum pledge of $15, you could be the first to own a piece from 611's new spring collection. To check out samples of the designs, visit their Kickstarter page!
