Franklin Mills is Philadelphia's largest outlet and value retail shopping destination. They offer more than 200 stores which now includes their newest additions LOFT Outlet and AE Outfitters. The LOFT Outlet has opened in the Neighborhood 2 section of the mall near H&M.
