Hello April

Hello and welcome to April! It's been a while, almost a month, since my last blog post and I must admit, I really missed blogging! Is it just me or did time just seemed to fly by in March. If anything, I was only active on social media like Instagram, SnapChat and sometimes Twitter, so make sure you follow me there so you don't miss a thing!

So what was I up to in March you might wonder? Well, on March 4th, my niece brought a baby girl into the world! New babies are always exciting!

We took advantage of the snow days and went to see Black Panther for the second time. #WakandaForever What's the last movie you saw?

March 8th we were invited to a Boda Skins Pop-Up Shop Launch Party hosted at W Hotel Union Square in NYC. These leather jackets were unbelievably soft, customizable, and available for everyone in your family, even the little guys.

Afterwards, we stopped for a bite to eat at Saki Bar Hagi 46. We discovered this place watching The Food Network and they featured their Tempura Pizza! I'm a huge pizza fanatic, so we put it on our food bucket list.  I also tried their eel bowl, which was amazing!!!

The next day, we  got a preview of spring and went to The Flower Show! My sisters and I loving going to the flower show every year. Even though this year's exhibit felt a lot smaller then previous, we still enjoyed it. Next year's theme is Flower Power!

Before heading home from The Flower Show, we ate at The Blind Pig in Northern Liberties. They make a tasty serving of poutine and the service was so nice! We all agreed we would definitely go back again!

In the meantime, I found a new polish for spring from Sinful Colors and starting going to the gym at least once a week, thanks to the surprising snow storms we had. I joined Edge Fitness before they opened the one near me in February because it was such a great deal. They offered everything I was looking for in a fitness center like childcare, classes, a huge array of equipment, personal training, a spacious locker room and even a women's center. They're currently located in the Northeast, but they're expanding fast, so keep an eye out for them.

We took a trip to King of Prussia and spent some time at the KOP Town Center! Although we left Nordstrom Rack empty handed, but we left with some of those famous Duck Donuts!!! They were the best donuts, I've EVER tasted and I know we'll be back for more.

With so many restaurants at the Town Center, 14 to be exact, it was hard to choose one, but we decided on the Paladar Latin Kitchen. I suggest trying out one of their tequila flights and a side of the yucca fries!

So as you can see my month was mostly full of traveling, trying new things, and revisiting old favorites. I hope the month of March was good to you. Did you do anything fun? But now April is here and I'm excited for warmer weather (peace out snow), having new adventures and getting back to the swing of things. Also did you know April was Stress Awareness Month? Look out for some tips and products coming soon on the blog to help you stay stress free! I have a few things on my agenda this month, including some spring cleaning and organization. Do you have any plans for April? A quick getaway? New style you want to try? Let me know in a comment below. I'm looking forward to a change in the season and I hope you are too!
