H&M Grand Opening Party + Giveaway

H&M is excited to announce the grand opening of their newest store at The Shops on 69th Street (2 South 69th Street, Upper Darby, PA 19082) on Thursday, December 19 at noon! The new 29,000 square foot store will offer collections for ladies, men, young ladies, young men, and children. Shoppers will also be able to check out the "store within store" sections for accessories, lingerie, cosmetics and H&M+!

Since H&M is the first fashion company to roll out a global garment recycling program, they'll be kicking off the grand opening by encouraging customers to bring their unwanted clothes to be recycled before the opening. In return they'll have the chance to win a H&M card valued between $50 and $100 in addition to a 15% off voucher which can be used on any one item during your next purchase.

Shoppers will be able to pick up items from the new H&M Holiday 2013 collection including sequined and embroidered knits, lightweight down jackets, sheer dresses and slim fitted trousers for women and wool jackets, oxford cotton shirts and tweed trousers for men.

To get customers even more excited about the new store, on opening day H&M at The Shops on 69th Street will offer the first 100 shoppers in line an H&M shirt and an Access to Fashion Pass, valued from $10 to $300, in addition to other fantastic opening day offers you won't want to miss.

Of course, Fashion of Philly will be there to be a part of the action and what would a H&M grand opening giveaway be without a grand H&M giveaway! Not one, but two of our readers will be able to win a style consultation with me and a head to toe outfit courtesy of H&M with early access to the store! Together we'll shop the entire store to find you that perfect outfit you've been looking for.

Want to know how you can win this exclusive prize? All you have to do is make sure you're following us on Twitter: @fashionofphilly! The rest is a secret until the day of the grand opening on December 19. So make sure you get there early and don't forget to follow us on twitter for more details!

  1. I think this is just what is needed in that particular shopping district. Hopefully, this will bring in other reputable and popular retailers to 69th Street. Thanks for sharing!
