Trending Jewelry with JCK

This post was sponsored by JCK as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central.

Jewelry is a big part of completing an outfit. It provides an accent, it sets a theme, and completes your look. Just like fashion trends, every season jewelry trends change. When it comes to looking for the newest trends in jewelry designers and style, JCK remains to be North America's most comprehensive and innovative jewelry destination and industry leader. On June 5 to June 8, JCK hosted the nations largest jewelry show in Las Vegas with over 2,400 exhibiting brands and manufacturers. The 5 top trends to be set this year are: Exotic Journal, Geometrics, Modern Pearls, Mixed Metals and Industrial Arts. Below you'll find three of my favorites and some examples for a bit of inspiration.

Geometrics

This trends consists of bold shapes, highlighted by cutouts with a strong use of metals or overshared gemstones. I love cutouts in jewelry especially when it comes to bracelets and rings. It creates a free spirited and fun approach to your jewelry. From fun circles to diagonal lines and curves the possibilities are endless.

Modern Pearls

Think about your Grandmother's favorite jewelry, but in a fashion-forward, uber hip way. This new take on pearls would look great with closet staples from a white tee and jeans to your beloved little black dress. These earrings would make for amazing statement jewelry.

Industrial Arts

This trend reminded me the female version of a knight in shining armor. Get ready to battle the everyday world with jewelry elements consisting of dark metals and matte finishes. For added drama, you might find it mixed with beautiful black diamonds or even chainmail.

Not only is JCKonline.com a great place to catch the latest in jewelry trends, but it's a fun site to browse and check up on celebrity style and industry news.
