Vogue features the electrified Lady Gaga, who channeled Ru Paul for inspiration. Glamour get cute and clean with the posh Victoria Beckham. Elle is floating on cloud nine with Katy Perry. Gwen Stefani takes Harper's Bazaar. For the younger fashionistas, Salena Gomez talks about not taking personal life too seriously. W wows with Penelop Cruz. Cosmopolitan gets into the life of singer/actress Lucy Hale. Get lured in to Allure with Cover Girl's Sofia Vergara and Marie Claire shows off a stylish Miley Cyrus, previous to her dramatic hair cut. Whew! There you have it, The September Issues!
