From the Studio to the Street

I once heard that the one thing that can make you more confident about working out is what you wear while working out and with Lithe Studio + Street fitness gear your confidence will go through the roof. Created by Lauren Bogg Goldenberg, founder of the Philly craze workout, Lithe Method, and local designer Bela Shelu, this line of fitness apparel adds streetwear style to create fantastic pieces suitable and stylish enough for an intense workout. The line includes tank tops, tunic dresses, ballet-inspired wrap tops and leggings that combine lace, vegan-friendly leather, and mesh detailing with high performance fabrics designed with slenderizing cuts to ensure both comfort and style. The pieces range from $40 - $125 and they are all locally made right in Philadelphia. I'm honestly a little lazy on the fitness end, but wearing Lithe Studio + Street fitness gear would be a great source of motivation.

You can pick up Lithe Studio + Street at their Rittenhouse (The Medical Tower 255 S. 17th Street, 4th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19103 215.545.5144) and Old City (219 Cuthbert Street, 4th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19106 215.625.4919) Studios.
